For some reason I never did think of this as something to be ashamed of, but more like something I was just proud of instead!
I can't tell you how many times I would invite or have friends / co-workers / other neighbors and even some distant family members come over to our house and never got to see it before but would ask if I didn't mind giving them a tour of it!
I had a few guys over the house and help me with working on some Street Rod cars that we were restoring, but never seen anything but the garage!
On a few occasions my wife would be home and maybe follow us along as I showed off the entire house.
But the main Interest to all of them, so much that they at another time would bring their wife / GF over for a tour too was out main master bedroom!
When your living in the house there are many things that just get normal or routine to you and it just slips your mind for the moment, but others catch it and really take notice~!
