IIRC, I think he started out with small things like, "come on for, $10 (or whatever currency), just show me your tits" progressing up to straight up sex. He had a few videos. I wish I could find them. Probably at least 27-28 years old. Could be a few years older. Likely produced in the early 1990s.

Pierre Woodman and Harry S Morgan both had series that woud fit the description. Sounds more like the Morgan ones and a bit of a search of his vids might throw up what your are looking for. The title is in German iirc. Id have had one or 2 until the great purge. Try Public Pickups, Czech Streets too.
