No, I do not think so. Both videos are new. I watched the live streams earlier today. Many of the same participants you posted are in the videos. Also, there was a short interview with Andy about this being the last NYC body painting event as well as many other side conversations about this topic. I believe the video in the second link shows a thumbnail of past events but both videos are from today.
