Naomi & Tish
To answer the question posed your lady was, I think, called Naomi. She rode with a friend Tish most of the time with one exception.
So look at Bristol 2012-2015 for both and 2016 for Naomi alone.
In addition the pair rode in London 2014 and Brighton 2015.
I anybody spotted them on other rides, let us know.
