Is not from the Wisconsin Badgers. It's from Washington State University. It's clearly labeled both above the lockers as well as on the hoodie of the girl in the background on the left. It would have been one thing if it were Wisconsin playing in Pullman, Wa (where WSU is located), but no visiting sports team is going to wear the gear of the school they're the guest of, sorry.
That said, it's a great photo. Doubly so considering I'm a University of Washington alum (which explains how I picked out this being WSU & not Wisconson). And I didn't have the picture of the girl in the shower with the hat on, so thanks for that!
