The most astonishing coincidences conspired today to spark a perfect "low key event" that definitely provided a massive thrill!

I have a rare day today of working from home, and my first appointment wasn't until late afternoon. I took the opportunity to take a run in the middle of the day (instead of first thing in the morning), and because it is extremely hot and sunny, I used a treadmill at the gym a few doors down from my house. Because I was on a treadmill, I set up a little tablet to watch from TV while I ran, and when I got home, I sat on my back porch steps to rest and finish my episode.

I heard some noises and looked around a couple times. My wife was out shopping, so I figured it was her. Nope. I couldn't figure out where it was until I finally noticed, in the back yard two doors down, my neighbor walking toward her back door. (I deduced later that she had come out into her hard a few times and was heading back in one more time to grab something.)

Now, this is one of the 20-something college kids that has babysat for me a couple of times. The whole house is full of attractive women, but I've been thwarted at every attempt to snag a good angle for peeking. But today, as the neighbor walked into her house, my eyes almost fell out of my head. I could see her entire exposed legs and all of her ass! Whoa!

I couldn't figure out why she was waling around bottomless, but I was very pleased for the view. A minute later, she emerged again, this time carrying a large beach towel. I was just getting up to go inside when I realized: She was going to sunbathe in her own back yard!

Indeed, she wasn't entirely bottomless; she was wearing a skimpy red bikini under her oversized t-shirt. I watched from my kitchen window as she pulled her shirt off and then sat down next to her fence.

My heart was beating wildly. I threw caution to the winds and went back outside, searching for a better perch from which to watch. I even snuck down the alley to glimpse her between the slats of her fence, but I was totally exposed, and she would be able to see me as well as I could see her. Yes friends, I even thought about hopping the fence into my next-door neighbor's yard to get a closer look. Better judgment prevailed, and I just went inside my own house.

Then it hit me - maybe I could get an angle from my second-story bedroom window. I shoved a couch aside, pulled back some blackout curtains ... and I could just barely make out the top of her head. There she was, sitting in her bikini in the sun, almost completely hidden by that darn fence. (Whose idea was that fence anyway?!)

Well, since this is the NONFICTION forum, I'll have to say that this was pretty much the extent of my view. Yes, of course I stared at her for about a half-hour hoping she'd go topless, but that was a ridiculous fantasy. I did figure, though, that she might stand up and give a better view.

I was pleased when I saw her motion as if to get ready to leave, though disappointed that she put her large t-shirt on BEFORE standing up. Still, I was able to see her scrumptious ass one more time as she disappeared inside.

While I was watching from my window, by the way, my next door neighbor (an absolute MILF that I've watched garden in yoga pants so many times) came into her backyard - so good thing I wasn't lurking there! And, as I went into the bathroom to shower, I heard my wife coming home! Five minutes earlier and she would have spoiled the show (or, worse, seen me gawking from our back bedroom window!).

I'm attaching some photos so you can get a sense of what I was looking at. Again, nothing too titillating, but proof that the adventure did, indeed, take place.
