I am the same as this. The circumstances around the picture are what make it arousing to masturbate to.
If I took the picture, it brings me back to that moment and the pre-nut excitement. If she took the picture to send to me, its got the thrill of getting the picture on my phone, and opening it for the first time. I think I actually get an erection now when I see the notification pop up that I have a picture via our messaging app.
