One day last year I was eating lunch at a local restaurant. I am a regular there, almost always the first customer to arrive for the day, and they are nice enough to let me sit at my favorite table when it is not occupied (I prefer the sunlight shining in thru the window by this table as it gives better lighting and makes this table warmer than other tables). There are four dining rooms in this restaurant and on this occasion, I had this room to myself.

Once per meal the manager always checks on each customer to make sure they are happy with the meal and service. This manager is a friendly and nice-looking Hispanic woman in her 40s who is somewhat overweight with a D-cup sized chest and wavy black hair that reaches past her shoulders. She was dressed on this occasion in a blue causal business outfit (matching blue slacks, blouse, and jacket).

I recall seeing her exiting the bathroom just after I was seated at my table and talking briefly with some of the other employees before she started visiting the other tables to make sure that they were happy. When she reached my table about half an hour later, she started up a good 10-minute conversation letting me know that the owner was discontinuing the food item that I almost always order. It was not good news but she was trying her best to keep me happy clearly wanting for me to continue coming regularly.

She was standing in the sunlight and after talking for a bit she shifted position a little and I noticed the reflective light of the sun was then shining off of what had to be her zipper handle. With that I realized that her zipper was unzipped. I had not noticed before due to being focused on the conversation, less lighting before she shifted position, her blouse covering a good 4/5 of her zipper, the zipper color being the same as the blue slacks, and due to no panties being exposed. It really wasn’t that noticeable, but I can’t rule out that a customer or employee had noticed and not said anything.

I concluded almost certainly that she would not notice her open zipper and that no one else would tell her until she next went to the restroom hours later. I decided to let her know and ended up taking in the view for a minute while she talked waiting for the right moment in the conversation to let her know (given that she was facing me with her back to the restaurant away from others it was the best possible location to let her know without others overhearing or seeing her reaction).

When I told her about her unzipped zipper, she immediately got a highly embarrassed look on her face and said “I’m so embarrassed”. I replied to her saying, “I doubt anyone else saw it because it was not that noticeable. I only noticed due to the sunlight reflecting off of it.” While I was telling her this, she instinctively reached down and lifted her shirt with one hand followed by using the other hand to pull up her zipper right in front of me. When she pulled up her blouse, I got a good second to see her entire open zipper (she didn’t look down, so she didn’t see that she just unintentionally flashed her panties to me). The unzipped zipper was over six inches long with an area of white panties filling an area over an inch wide at the middle. I’m glad I was able to help her out and to save her from more embarrassment and that I timed it so only I would see her reaction. Also, I am even more glad that doing so led to my seeing her fully open zipper and panties.
