- I would like to believe you are correct, but sadly I believe this is wishful thinking.

- I've heard of some (perhaps naieve) women complaining about being objectified by their cropped pictures at WNBR and also of intrusive photographers.
As to "rules and legislation" - I don't which ones you mean, WNBR is lawful in eg UK. The Conservative government plans to limit all protest - not specifically nude ones.
