No Pants subway Ride
Sixth Annual No Pants Subway Ride with 300 trouserless New Yorkers participating.
The outlaw event is becoming as venerated and looked-forward-to as the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
But will it ever be televised?
few pics I found, More men than women.
Any New Yorkers know about this event?
