I had a friend in college who would say the same thing every time she would be around guys who didn't have their shirts on. We all told her that we agreed with her, so the only thing stopping her from going topless was herself. Of course she never went topless, especially after we would call her out on it. (She would even be judgmental against women who didn't wear bras and had nipples poking through their tops--talk about confusing and hypocritical. She was always the type to bring up controversy just for attention through argument. And she wondered why her longest relationship only ever lasted one month...)
