My ex-girlfriend used to say exactly the same thing! LOL!
She also said it's not fair for men to be allowed to be bare chested while women have to cover up. According to her men and women are equal and if men are allowed to be topless, women should be allowed too! Some men have breasts too, we don't ask them to cover up. And we all have nipples!
The result was she went topless all the time. At the beach, at the hotel swimming pool (even if she was the only one), in the garden at home (several houses could look straight into the garden).
We (including her parents) all expected her to join some free the nipple protest someday, but sadly it never happened...
While I disagree about men and women chests being the same, I didn't feel much inclined to change her mind
