Neighbour keeps flashing me
I have a neighbour that loves gardening which I do as well. About 4 years ago while she was picking weeds in the front year, her husband said something to her in Mandarin when she was bent down in front of me showing me a down blouse view. I knew what he said because she put her hand over the top of her blouse to cover up the view down her blouse.
2 weeks later we are in the back yard chatting and picking vegetables from both our gardens and there again she's flashing me as if what her husband said didn't matter. This has been going on for 4 years and I'm always excited to chat with her while she's picking vegetables. Very low key event but a massive thrill for me.
I just wished I know why she continues to flash me, especially with my phone out pointed at her.
