I had the same treadmill stress test done a few years back. I had to remove my shirt. The cables were so heavy, they would have stretched my shirt irreparably.

I think it's safe to assume she had to remove her shirt. I've never heard of a female patient required to remove her bra for the test. Running braless, for some busty women, can be very painful.
