It's been happening since Day 1 on this forum, with no explanation and no way to fix it. But don't worry, we're all too busy enjoying your pictures to notice or care about the order.
edit: Actually, that's not entirely true. The only way to ensure that your pictures upload in the order you want them to is to upload them one at a time.
