The earliest I can remember is the Dukes of Hazard. For some reason Boss Hogg was staying at the Dukes farm unbeknownst to Daisy. She come home from work an gets undressed in a dark room where Boss is and we can only she her shadow (unfortunately). She hears or bumps into something and turns the light on sees him and screams.
