Naked body yes, uncovered mouth NO!
I just stumbled across this story from back in March 2020. At that time, in the Czech Republic, the Covid regulations at that time required facemasks to be worn outside one's home.
Police found a large number of people sunbathing naked outdoors in a public place. Those who were not wearing masks were ordered to put on masks.
