I think private photos should only be posted with the permission of the model. Photos of exes almost certainly don’t have that ongoing permission and so shouldn’t be posted. And as noted earlier, if it’s deemed revenge porn, in some countries you could end up in prison or on sex offenders registers, or whatever.
