Before having kids, my wife would make sure to not pack bras or panties when going on vacation, and only dresses or skirts. That added to the fun of not being able to change her mind about those things once we were there.
She would often wear low-cut dresses, making sure to adjust the top and "accidentally" exposing a nipple when doing so while people were around.
Anyway, some ideas for you...you said you were going with friends? Sharing a hotel room with any of them? That makes things super easy to have some fun.
I like the suggestion above of not wearing a bra with a loose top and bending over--especially in front of your friends!

Unfortunately the wife in the other couple is more conservative so I don’t think we will get that opportunity, although it would be fun.
We are definitely going to have to try the low cut dress out. Right now I am trying to convince her to let me take a picture of her flashing in every casino we go to. The dress might make that easier/not as obvious.
