Wife in Mexico
I don't think they hate each other. But vacationing with my wife in Mexico - I convinced her to wear a thong bikini one of the days on the beach. Wife does it and is enjoying it.
She goes up to the resort bar to get us more drinks. It's taking her a while. Finally she comes back after 20 minutes. She was anxious and semi-frantically yelling at me for convincing her to wear a thong. I asked what happened. She tells me she was stopped by someone she knows through her work near the pool bar area. He is a defense attorney and my wife at the time was a prosecutor for the district attorney's office. Essentially a professional rival of hers.
She said she was stopped carrying the drinks back when he recognized her. He was with several friends at a high-top table in the pool area. And she said she was scared trying to escape the conversation because it meant having to turn her back and walk 100ft in their line of sight. And finally she had no choice but to do it and heard one of them cat-call her and all of them laugh as she was walking away.
I personally find the incident funny and a little hot. But my wife is mortified that this happened.
