Macumba Antropofaga by Teatro Oficina Uzyna Uzona, probably in either 2011 or 2012. There are lots of pics in the Uzyna Uzona thread, but sadly video from 2011-2012 remains extremely rare, despite their livestreaming most performances.
They did it again in 2017 with a different cast, and you can find lots of great clips from that edition in the video section if you search those keywords.
