That is one crappy alibi, ok, where is the repair bill for the car and the bill for the hotel? Your wife should have just stuck with "I never saw him Thursday, if he has a lover, it's not me." He needs to come up with some bills for his wife, and I suspect his wife has other reasons to think your wife is his side piece. There really isn't a way for your wife to confirm his alibi unless they colluded.
