My best friend in college had a micropenis. And he LOVED to show it off. He would often pretend he was sleep-walking and walk around the dorms naked late at night. He never got into trouble because the RAs didn't know what to do with him, given the fake sleep-walking "condition" he was exhibiting.
We had a co-ed dorm, so men and women saw him, and he scored a new woman almost every weekend with most going back for more, so he was doing something right!
