From these stories I think we can generalize that many women like to "show off," especially if it is in a safe situation and they have plausible deniability. They don't like to be labeled "exhibitionist" because that brings to mind old men exposing themselves to young girls. These women just simply forgot to close the shades, or felt more comfortable, or didn't realize anybody could see. Innocent and simple, except for the fact that it turns them on. It's sort of in their DNA.

My wife can be quite prudish in how she dresses and acts, but has no problem being nude on a beach or at a resort. As long as the location is listed as nude or C/O, she's all in, even if she's the only woman on the beach. I remember once bicycling on Cape Cod where she once lived and it was very hot and humid. We stopped at a beach where everyone was clothed. She went off to the side, stripped off and jumped in the water, not more than 100 feet from clothed crowd. I joined her. Her excuse, "Well, this used to be a nude beach." We didn't have towels so putting on clothes when wet took extra time.
