Meaning: After using the restroom for any of the 1 or 2 Duty's, you run out of Toilet paper and have to make due with anything you can find to finish off the Job!
Example: This stunning wife still has that facial expression of doing something wrong, after she just got out of the bathroom doing her Duty and ran out of toilet paper but found this poopy MacGyver that was willing to lend a hand or should I say a good Tongue!
