Success! this was bugging me so I took a shot and did a google image search. I came up with a clean image and lot's of info. You never know until you give it a shot I guess...
It's a film from 1976 titled "À nous les petites Anglaises!" a French film (Let's Get Those English Girls)
"In the summer of 1959 two French schoolboys who have failed their English exams are sent on holidays to the South of England.
