Well, statistically that combination is, say, only 1 in 500 of all women unless surgery is used. If you go to a large spa able to take 1000 customers, and if 50% of those in that spa are women, then you might see one such woman. So go to a large spa, circulate a lot and check out all the women...
...and hope (against hope) that you don't get thrown out in the process as you will stick out as a sore thumb
I don't now of any particular spa which gives reduced ticket prices for women with implants, but if there is such a place then you might see a few more
