While hunting for more I came across evidence that the last two I posted are fakes. They're pretty good fakes, but fakes never the less (further proof of the rarity of this type of thing). Here's another badly done fake, but there's something hot about the guy needing this so badly (and knowing it will never happen) that he doctors it up.
