It's the eternal question. Do women understand how naked bodies, windows and light work? I think we'll never know!
Even if she thought she couldn't be seen, there is a part of her that was enjoying the experience of being naked in front of a window (even if she didn't want to be seen). I'd say she was in a good mood or slightly drunk or had just had sex or gotten out of a shower (showers relax us physically and mentally).
