A couple of brief Korean EUFs.

The first is from a sort-of superhero movie named 'Arahan'. The main guy has just discovered his powers (he was levitating in the previous scene) and attempts to use them on a girl at the bus stop. Trying to make her skirt fly up doesn't work, but when he runs off the wind from doing so lifts her skirt (you can barely see her underwear but it's a nice reaction).

The second is from a TV series named 'The Secret Garden'. A guy in a sportscar sees a distant relation (sporting an absurd leopard-print housecoat) necking with a lady, and decides to speed past, making her skirt fly. This one shows slightly more underwear but the reaction is more understated.
