I think this is the singer/actress Haifa Wehbe who was born in Lebanon, her mother is Egyptian. She has had difficulties in the Muslim Arab world for some of her "indecent" stage attire ("acceptable" by Western standards).
According to photogallery06.blogspot.com/2010/08/arab-pop-star-haifa-wehbe-boobs-pressed.html she was improperly manhandled by one of her own bodyguards - who later lost his job for this assault.
