I was up but had not turned on lights. I looked across the street and unbelievably, a new neighbor was texting and getting a drink of water at a minimum topless.

I felt a bit like a creeper but her window was wide open. What a great catch. I think she usually gets up later in the morning because I have never seen her before. Needless to say, it was a small moment that produced a big thrill!
