Occasionally, you get to shoot couples. In some cases it comes about from a lady you have done a shoot with, and may or may not have fucked. Other times, it's just people hearing that you take good pictures and are not a creep. It's difficult for several reasons, more moving parts, uncertainly about whether you are supposed to be part of a MFM or just a photographer, how to give complimentary feedback. In any case, you have to find angles that make the ladies body look good, the guys cock big (and hard), and an expression on the ladies face that says an orgasm is either there, or well on it's way.
