Yes, regularly, but respectfully. She had no choice but to just make light of it. She figured that if she let on about how embarrassed she was at the time, it would lead to a really bad management/worker situation and that they would have the upper hand. So she just treats the event like it was normal, that seeing their boss naked was OK. In fact, just to normalise things, some months later at a company party she did a very tasteful striptease just so the employees who hadn't seen her that day on the beach wouldn't continue to feel cheated. Now nobody has to guess what the boss looks like naked. Now she no longer has to regret that those first employees saw her naked, which is actually the question put forth by the initiator of this thread.
