I've been inspired by this thread to find more on her. Other names include Jan or Mirjan and Mirth Queen is sometimes spelt Mirthe Queen.

I thought it best to provide the links here as well. There are discussions on where she is from (Dutch or Belgian seems to be the general view, although she has clearly traveled to Paris and San Francisco as well from the pics. Very into exhibiting herself, but only a few real h/c pics have been found so far. Not sure what content is in the videos.
