I know I’ve talked about this before but being home for the holidays really reminds me of it. So story time!

High School Marching Band

So kinda a long story here. In high school marching band and drumline we had to frequently get in and out of uniforms for shows and parades etc. As a teenage boy in the prime of his youth this gave me a good time. Guys and girls changed together into and out of uniform. (Keep in mind nobody got naked and this was late 2000’s early 2010’s when there wasn’t many red flags about this stuff). We were advised to wear a black tee shirt and boxers underneath the uniform. The thing that gave me a rush was when a girl wouldn’t wear boxers and had to put them on over their panties after taking off their jeans or when they just had a normal non sports bra they wore under their uniform. I remember these moments really well tbh. Always fun to go to school and know ha I saw you nearly naked. Plus it was a rush to have girls see me in boxers. One year they suggested boxer briefs which showed off more. I also distinctly remember my first parade changing on the side of the road after the performance and wondering how many people saw us. I’d love to hear does anyone else have experiences like this in high school either through sports or band?
