Let me say, for a very long time I have loved skirts that have the possibility of being blown up... I have seen a few,but getting them on camera is sheer luck,that I've never been able to attain.. went with the wife for a long weekend.. it was really windy on Saturday, so I thought this is my chance... She let me pick her outfit,so I picked one I thought would get caught in the wind.. I hung back alot while walking that afternoon trying to get a good pic. But just couldn't get the job done....
