You're on the right track Refundseason! We have pushed these boundaries quite a bit and have never had someone tell us that she needed to cover up, but if that did happen I believe that is all they would do.
One of my favorite tops is this net top from Forever21. I had her buy a second one I like it so much. In one bar we got a little too much attention from one of the servers. He kept coming back to chat us up. In another they were just chill. They notice and go on. Sometimes a woman will compliment her on the top and even say "I wish I were that daring, good for you!"
Wife often adds a little bit of gold paint with glitter sometimes. Her nipple often works its way out
