Winter is approaching so amping up the sauna visits. Recently I’ve been going once a week usually on a Sunday which seems to be a prime busy day.

I’ve noticed some trends in my visits. First you have a lot more younger people and a higher ratio of woman, usually about 60%
This is propably due to the marketing in woman’s magazines and different discount actions.

But the most surprising thing I’m noticing is the freedom and general not prudeness of the youngest group (the gem Z’er) they have no problem walking around naked in the changing room & restart and laying on the loungers for everyone te see.

Many are going to the sauna for the first time and maybe don’t really get the protocol or they are aware of their own sexuality and effect of exposing their naked bodies.

It’s crazy to think you will see multiple beautiful woman showing off on every visit, pretty much half of the time nothing really happens. You are there foremost to relax, read a book, etc.

These are some highlight from the recent visits.


- Couple with a huge age difference. The man is old, balding, overweight with glasses. The woman Late twenties, slim brunette with ponytail. Lots of artsy Tattoos and barbell pierced nipples. smooth as far as I could see. They where close in the hottub, so definitely a “romantic” couple. What is the relation? Teacher, student,…?

- Two friends in early 20s. Both curvy but not fat. One with big naturals tits with large areoles. They other with smaller tits and an all over tan. Where really shy at first. Then saw them slowly shifting to walking around the complex completely naked. Saw them again in the changing room applying oil their bodies.

- Solo hot Asian woman. Perky boobs, slim sporty. Nice face. Pretty shy, didn’t stay very long. But It’s rare you see an Asian woman.

- Mother and daughter. Daughter has great natural large tits. Not shy to show. Was the only one who layed naked in the resting area. Got up naked to get a magazine at the other end of the room giving everyone a nice sight at her plums ass. At one point her legs were a little more spread. Had a great up close view again when she got into the small hottub. Walking in very slowly, and remaining standing up for a few second..

- Two sister. Tall, Great slim bodies. Nice slits. Not shy. In the sauna Layed flat in my direction. We made smalltalk, she knew I was watching. The conversation got more sexual as she was talking about the different body types you see in saunas.
