In the film Yours For The Asking (1936), Ida Lupino plays a con artist hired with her pal to distract the attention of George Raft's casino boss away from a woman he has fallen in love. They are hired by Raft's pals Saratoga and Bicarbonate (James Gleason and Edgar Kennedy) as they fear his fancy woman may be a bad influence on him, but unbeknownst to them Ida is planning to double cross them by conning Raft out of his money. The reason I explain this is so you can understand what's going on in this video clip, as Raft has twigged her game and all havoc breaks loose as he confronts her. I've edited out the part where her pal pops up, his pals pop up to fight them and then Raft discovers his pals deceit, and cut straight to the part after Raft leaves and Ida tries to flee, only to be grabbed by Gleason and bent over his knee for a good old fashioned spanking.
