The hairdresser story reminded me-

Several years ago I had a funny in retrospect dental emergency. I had an upper tooth which went from slightly bugging me, "maybe I should make an appointment," to nuclear pain overnight. My regular dentist was out of town. Two more had no openings. Finally, I found one who did.
I showed up 30 minutes later, way out in the 'burbs at a brand new strip mall. The office had a doughnut shop on one side and nails on the other. I was greeted by two young women who looked like they were just out of high school, the assistant and the dentist. This was literally the first week of practice. I hid my misgivings and let the assistant lead me back. After an x-ray and exam, the very perky, earnest dentist said it was extremely infected and had to come out. She and her assistant started working, assuring me everything would be fine. It was not. No amount of novocaine could dull the pain (I later heard from a dentist friend that infections 'suck the novocaine right up' and can be practically useless).
Young miss dentist at one point was laying practically across me trying to get the tooth out, and I finally broke down in a yell at her ineffectual pulling. Tears were flowing and I was in agony. She wiped away -her- tears and said she was going to make some calls and see if she could get me in to an oral surgeon today. I was so embarrassed and felt bad for 'breaking' the dentist in her very first week.

She got on the phone and was able to secure me an appointment in just an hour across town. I booked it that way, my cheek packed full of gauze and half my mouth numb.

This dentist, or 'oral surgeon' was at least born the same decade as me, but it's his assistant who made me write this.

She was very fit, toned and somewhere in her thirties. Brown hair, tanned face, lots of freckles, and a no-nonsense mom-like demeanor. She had amazing definition in her arms. Getting me ready, she leaned over and I got a peek down the V of her loose, blue scrubs. She had no bra, crinkled-up nipples, and barely the hint of breasts. l'm pretty sure I got the peek on purpose, but who knows.

As the dentist went to work to my right and I prepared for more agony, she leaned in and over me on my left. My arm was on the rest, and as she leaned in I felt contact. All of my attention diverted from my tooth to the nerves on the my left arm near my elbow. My arm was sticking slightly out and back off the armrest. What was I feeling? It was warm. I felt a hardness, then on the sides soft- holy crap, her pussy was right on top of the outside of my elbow, and I was feeling her inner thighs on either side as she occasionally shifted position.

They pumped more novocaine into me and got the tooth out. But during the entire procedure I was completely fixated on my arm. I wasn't thinking of the pain at all. She literally was grinding her pussy into my elbow while her boss worked a foot away. I didn't dare move my hand for fear it was an accident and I'd get a slap. I'm 100% sure she knew what was doing, but 100% sure she'd have denied it or flipped out if I'd so much as twitched a finger. Despite the red haze of pain I had a raging boner and prayed no one would notice. At one point she rested her hand on my hip bone and I swear if I hadn't been in pain I'd have shot off.

After the tooth was out (in pieces!) and the surgeon left she gave me a big smile and said, "There, that wasn't so bad was it?" I agreed.

I had to go back to the oral surgeon several times over several months as he put in an implant, it got infected, the bone graft didn't take, I had to get a new implant. . .and each time the assistant did the same trick, and neither of us ever acknowledged it. I was sorry when I had no more reason to see him.

(and I made the baby dentist my regular out of contrition for making her cry her first week on the job- she actually was very good)
