I prefer DB - and beyond being a tit man I think they are harder to capture. They are typically only a moment in time. Most upskirts are from semi or full exhibitionists who provide ample opportunities (not always but many are seated and know or should know what they are putting on display). Many DB's are captured at just the right moment - often times the subject is not even aware of what they're showing (of course sometimes they are) and the view only lasts for a few seconds. I'm sure upskirt fans will disagree - but that's MHO.
I also love the down bikini when someone captures the lady adjusting their bottoms....
