I was in saunas in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands and it is the same (nude = nude)

I've been experienced in the Dutch sauna's here in the Netherlands, but are they really more naked here (NL) compared to Germany? I've only been to a German sauna once I think, but it was fully nude there too. :-)
