Yep, usually when someone says or thinks "nice boobs!", what they are really thinking is "nice bra!"
It's amazing how bras and shirts can manipulate how breasts look, even when braless under various shirts.
The ONLY way to see how breasts look is to see them uncovered, standing up, arms down. Because even topless, every moment, position, breath, and sneeze manipulates the way they look.
I have seen down my sister-in-law's shirts and bras 100s of times, and every time they look completely different!
