If you're a younger guy and you are developing an interest in older women, don't follow the porn trope of ramming them as hard as you can, that is just for show, in actuality, older women can and will be just as tight and wet as their younger counterparts and some of them have told me of soreness and spotting after rougher sessions. Be gentle with them, in a way, older women can need the same deliberate care that younger, sexually inexperienced women do to make the sessions as pleasurable as possible.
I would even urge that you should only go rough if she explicitly asks for it.
