Ah, what a great thread! I forgot that I had started it 11 years ago already!
Unfortunately, we haven't travelled much lately, so I have nothing new to add. We did share a hotel room with my mother in law a few months ago, but it was a very normal hotel room, sadly.
My wife, her sister, and others have still been going on their regular fun trips, but all of their resorts have been pretty normal, too, aside from the first two a decade ago.
