Why should you be ashamed? Many women your age fantasize about younger men. My wife is 55 and she does too. I love her fantasy and I’ve told her she can act in it (a hall pass) if she wants.
We were at a nude beach and two college aged guys took an interest in her (became erect when talking to her). I was hoping it would go further, but at least that teasing led to some really good sex back in our bedroom.
If everyone is a consenting adult, there is no reason to be ashamed. Fantasies are great too, if it only stays at that level.
