I've done double oral, double anal, double vaginal, and traditional double penetration, all with the same man and woman.
This is not for everybody and that's ok but be sure you're doing this with people who know for sure that this is what they want to do. Let the woman take a bit of control because she's the one getting doubled up on and be prepared for an all-stop and if need be, have a safe word.
