But I don't recall a straight bra and panty combo, full view shot (nothing else) in a TV show until the late 80's. I could be wrong about that but I'm pressed to think of an example.

Now movies shown on TV were fine with a scene like that...it's just that TV shows were a little flaky that way in the 70's.

"Barnaby Jones" never had an issue showing a girl in a skimpy bikini-- it's for that reason and the slightly shinny material of the Loni outfit that makes me think swimsuit. Again, I admit I can't say for sure.

Below are screen caps from a "Barnaby Jones" episode that feature an 18 year old Debbi Richter. Season 8, Ep. 7 "Indoctrination in Evil" (1979). Same type of bikini outfit.

Debbi Richter's main body of work was a 15 year stretch on TV in many shows and projects from 1977 to about 1991. She had a long stint on "Hill Street Blues" and was married for 3 years to actor Charles Haid. She has a sprinkling of credits since then.

She is also a writer and producer of numerous shorts. Her last credit was in 2019.
