This goes back over 20 years, when the internet was a much smaller place. I worked for a company that had an employee steal a large sum, the police worked it for a while, but after a few months, not much happened. The owner of the company came to me and asked me to find the b*tch, I was head of loss prevention so I went to work. After a few weeks of phone calls and talking to everyone who knew her, I got a lead that she was making porn videos. She was attractive in a trashy way, so it seemed plausible.
I started trying to search porn sites, but that was impossible, they were opening sites up as fast as I could find them. I found some software, not unlike Google reverse search, that could narrow it down a bit. If you can get sick of looking at porn, I was there. I set up another couple of PC's so I could enlist some help, and after about 6 weeks, I was pretty sure we found her. Of course that was only a part of the job, now I had to trace where the pics came from and see if I could locate her. I got a few breaks, she was in Tampa, I turned all the evidence over to LE and flew to Tampa for the arrest. There she was, the girl of my dreams, not, most of the money was gone, spent on drugs and travel, but a few months later, she was convicted. It was getting harder and harder to convince my wife that I was working when I was looking at porn all the time.
Well, my dirty mind thought, if this software could find her, maybe I could search for a few other hotties that might be moonlighting, just for fun. I wasn't very successful, but I did find one woman I knew from a previous job, but it was more work than it was worth.
That was a very interesting job, I worked for that company for 12 years before I went into business for myself.
